About Us
Foot traffic in Porirua drags in dirt, germs, and salt, and missed cleanings show up fast as odours, sticky floors, and sick days. Porirua Commercial Cleaning solves that with scheduled commercial cleaning, office cleaning, janitorial cleaning, business cleaning, and commercial office cleaning that covers floors, restrooms, breakrooms, glass, high-touch disinfection, and trash without excuses.
Our trained cleaners follow proven checklists, use Environmental Protection Agency registered disinfectants with the right contact time, run high efficiency particulate air filtration vacuums, and use fresh colour coded microfibre for a true clean. Skipping dwell time, reusing dirty rags, or mixing products are common mistakes that leave residue, spread germs, and can damage finishes, and we avoid them on every visit.
You get clear checklists, photos after first cleans, weekly supervisor inspections, and a single point of contact who answers the phone, and you get a crew that’s background checked and insured. We avoid the common mistakes like reusing restroom mops in kitchens, skipping disinfectant dwell time, and using the wrong floor pads, because those cause odours, dull floors, and more sick days.
Core services include nightly janitorial cleaning, commercial office cleaning, hard floor care such as scrubbing, buffing, and waxing, carpet extraction, window washing, high dusting, day porter service, post construction clean up, and move in or move out business cleaning. Most offices in Porirua need two to five visits each week and a deeper clean each quarter, and we make sure restrooms, break rooms, and touch points get the right dwell time and clean tools, because wrong dilution, dirty mops, or skipped touch points cause odours, allergies, illness spread, pest issues, and damaged floor finish.
