About Us
Dirty break rooms, streaked glass, and restrooms that never feel clean drain morale and make clients think twice. Porirua Commercial Cleaning stops that with scheduled commercial cleaning, office cleaning, janitorial cleaning, business cleaning, and commercial office cleaning tailored to your space, and we fix the usual trouble spots like missed high touch points, wrong chemicals, and poor dilution that lead to sick days, odours, and damaged floors.
Our crews know the right dwell times for Environmental Protection Agency registered disinfectants, colour coded microfibre to prevent cross-contamination, and safe methods for stone, wood, tile, and stainless steel. We avoid the mistakes that hurt buildings such as mixing chemicals, using acidic cleaners on marble, reusing restroom mops in hallways, or skipping high efficiency particulate air filter changes, and we back the work with insured, background checked staff and supervisor inspections in Porirua.
You get the same crew on a set schedule, a clear scope by room, and simple monthly billing that matches your needs. We respond fast, handle fixes within 24 hours, and if we miss something we come back and make it right.
We handle daily trash and touchpoint disinfection, restroom cleaning with proper dwell time, dusting from desk level to high vents, glass and partition cleaning, floor care that includes mopping with neutral cleaner, auto scrubbing, burnishing, carpet cleaning, spot removal, and periodic deep cleaning such as high dusting and machine scrubbing of grout so you get healthy air, longer floor life, and fewer sick days. Skipping vacuuming before mopping, mixing chemicals, over-wetting carpet, using a harsh degreaser on finished floors, or reusing the same cloth in restrooms and break rooms causes cross-contamination, damages surfaces, creates odours, and can lead to safety citations and pest issues, so we use proper products, measured dilution, and colour-coded tools, and we set daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks that match traffic in your Porirua facility.
